— The cost
Successful by every measure. But at what cost?
You're the one that people come to. You never drop a ball. You can run circles around most rooms. But underneath your success, something else is running the show.
01
You're not just stressed. You're somewhere on the burnout curve.
Scanning even when nothing is happening. Crashing by afternoon. Wired at midnight. Exhaustion no amount of rest can fix. Your body will fight as long as it can, but collapse takes years to come back from.
02
The patterns that made you successful are quietly breaking you.
The impossible standards. The fear of dropping the ball. Constantly scanning. Attuning to the reaction of others. The quiet need to be exceptional at all costs. Underneath these performance patterns is a nervous system searching for safety in all the wrong places.
03
You've been taught to perform leadership, not embody it.
Stay one step ahead of how you're coming across. Project confidence. Make sure the room sees what you need them to see. The harder you work to look like a leader, the further you get from being one.
04
You're reactive in the moments that matter most.
The conflict you can't stay above. The negotiation you concede too quickly. The team dynamic that pulls you in. Without a trained nervous system, you collapse when the room gets hot — and regret it later.
— The promise
Most leadership programs work on the surface level — how you communicate, how you're perceived. None of them address the internal patterns that drive the performance — so the skills don't hold when the pressure is on.
— Pillar I
Ground State™
A nervous system that knows how to find calm — on command, in real time.
Even when everything around you is burning. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
— Pillar II
Inner Authority™
Freedom from the unconscious patterns that have been running you.
The impossible standards, the fear of dropping the ball, the constant attuning to everyone else — dissolved at the root, not managed at the surface.
— Pillar III
Embodied Presence™
The shift from performing leadership to being it.
You walk into a room and change the energy without saying a word. The calmest person there — not because you're trying, but because you are.
— Pillar IV
Elevated Influence™
The best-in-class leadership frameworks elite leaders use.
Professional negotiation, conflict resolution, high-stakes communication — built on a nervous system that can actually hold them when the pressure is on.
La Souveraine is the work that brings you home to yourself — and reconnects you to the genius, the inner authority, the calm and the competitive edge that have always been yours.

"Before La Souveraine, I was answering Slack messages at 11pm because slowing down felt more dangerous than the exhaustion. — Six months in, I closed my laptop at 3pm last Friday and didn't open it again until Monday. And somehow — my work has improved even though I'm working less. The part I can't measure is that I actually felt my husband's hand on my back at dinner — for the first time in maybe two years."

"I came to Angie because I was tired. I thought I needed better sleep, maybe a vacation, maybe a different job. — What I actually needed was to learn that my body had been in survival mode for fifteen years and I'd been calling it ambition. I don't know how to explain what's different now except that time has slowed down. I'm not faster. I'm not more efficient. I'm just here."

"I had a conflict on my team that had been simmering for eighteen months. — Two mid-level leaders who would not work together. I'd tried everything — facilitation, 1:1s, restructuring around them. After working with Angie, I sat down with both of them in the same room and didn't try to fix it. I just stayed regulated, and practiced Outward Mindset. They worked it out in front of me in forty minutes. I didn't say twenty words."

"I want to be honest — I almost didn't book the call. I'd done executive coaching. I'd done therapy. I didn't think I had anything left to work on. — I just felt flat, and I couldn't name why. Three months in, I have language for things I've felt my whole life and never had words for. I don't think I knew what calm actually was until now."

— A letter received

Angie came into my life at the exact right moment. I honestly didn't know what to expect from an executive coach, but I knew I needed to make a major change in my career path. I just didn't know where to begin.
While I've been fairly successful most of my life, I just found myself feeling very unfulfilled, dreaming of something bigger, but also feeling so afraid to take any risks, and so guilty for not being grateful for the life I already had. The life I worked so hard to achieve. And that others would die for.
I wanted to leave my job, but was terrified to do so. I am the sole financial provider in my house, and I couldn't allow myself to risk that in any way. Every way out seemed like it would bring me to a place I had left behind and did not want to go back to.
What I have been most impressed by with Angie's coaching is her way of adapting to exactly where I'm at. She was able to immediately help me grow in both practical ways like preparing for job interviews and writing resumes, but also in mental and spiritual ways too. She supported me through intense life-decisions with very helpful techniques to help me cope with stress and think clearly.
Angie coached me to really do the hard work of finding my zone of genius. The special thing I was made to do, that I love doing, and that supports my life how I want it to be. For most of my life, I have lived in a zone of excellence, one where I was very good at a number of things.
Angie's coaching helped me through one of the most challenging decisions in my life. She helped me find inner peace and clarity as well as a much deeper understanding of myself and my capabilities. She pushed me to see things differently and find my full potential. When I doubted myself, she was right there to help.
In just a few months since meeting Angie, I have experienced enormous growth as a person and in my relationships. I was able to gain more control over my mindset and as a result, I was able to be a much better mother, wife, daughter, and sister.
I would recommend Angie to anyone who's ready to make a big shift in their mindset to find happiness, love, and content.
